八、 idoo Video Effect (视频特效添加器)：这部分功能相对简单，主要是设置视频亮度、对比度、饱和度等，不过同时还可以对视频进行剪切、裁切、旋转、添加水印与字幕等。

已经做成绿色便携版，直接运行 idooVideoEditorPortable.exe 即可，2013/8/21 更新版本为 idoo Video Editor 2.5.0。idoo Video Editor 提供的是相对基础的视频处理功能，如果要实现更复杂的效果、剪辑精美影片 MV 等，推荐使用 AVS Video Editor、会声会影、Premiere、After Effects 等非线性编辑软件。
